2. Data collected
We collect the following categories of data: identification data (first name, last name), contact details (email address, phone number), professional data (company name), the content of your messages through the contact form, your CV in case of a job application, and browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) collected through cookies and analytics tools.
3. Legal basis and purposes of processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, your data is processed on the following legal bases: your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (responding to your inquiries, providing our services), and our legitimate interest (improving our website, traffic statistics, security). Your data is used to respond to your contact requests, process your applications, provide our outsourcing and virtual assistance services, improve our website, and send you commercial communications if you have consented.
4. Subprocessors and data transfers
We never sell your personal data. Your data may be processed by our technical subprocessors strictly for the purpose of providing our services: web hosting (Netlify, United States), database (Supabase, United States), email delivery (Brevo, France). These transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area are governed by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR. Our subprocessors are contractually bound to protect your data in compliance with the GDPR.
5. Data retention
Your personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes of processing: contact data and messages: 3 years after the last contact; application data (CV, contact details): 2 years after receipt; newsletter data: until you unsubscribe; browsing data and cookies: 13 months maximum. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 15 to 22), you have the following rights: right of access to your data, right to rectification, right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'), right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing, and right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe that the processing of your data constitutes a violation of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA): www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for the operation of the site (session, language preferences) and analytical cookies to measure traffic. Essential cookies do not require your consent. Analytical and marketing cookies are only placed with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also configure your browser to refuse all or some cookies. The maximum lifespan of cookies is 13 months.
